Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard product costs.
• Analyze manufacturing variances (material, labor, overhead) and provide insights.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and profitability analysis for management.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes related to cost of goods sold.
• Participate in inventory valuation and reconciliation activities.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in make-or-buy analysis and capital expenditure justifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
