The Card Payments Admin focuses on the production/processing and monitoring of member card orders. They ensure production runs smoothly and address any issues in a timely manner. This includes monitoring inventory of card production.

*Please note this position is 100% onsite in Palo Alto, CA*

Who YOU are:  

• At least 6+ months credit union/banking experience
• Familiarity with general banking concepts, practices and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High School Diploma/GED required

What YOU’LL do:

• Responsible for daily monitoring, processing, and resolution of member card order inquiries through multiple communication channels
• Print, pack and ship member card orders in a timely manner, and ensure the accuracy and quality of those orders
• Monitor inventory of card production materials such as plastic stock, cleaning supplies, packaging and inserts
• Maintain accurate records of card production activities
• Communicate with internal and external members to ensure production runs smoothly and any issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Support the other functions of the Payments team as needed
• Responsible for understanding, adhering to, and complying with Bank Secrecy Act requirements and the Credit Union’s Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures
