Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualifications Active New York Bar license in good standing 3+ years of experience in insurance defense or general liability defense or civil defense litigation or Professional Liability or Medical malpractice or Product Liability . Trial experience strongly preferred and candidates without trial experience must have motion trial or 2nd chair experience. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $270,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
