Qualifications & Requirements- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience , preferably within the commercial roofing or construction industry
- Strong experience managing commercial and government/public-sector projects
- Experience with IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) contracts is highly preferred
- Experience with JOC (Job Order Contracting) contracts is highly preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Sourcewell contracts/cooperative purchasing contracts is highly preferred
- Familiarity with task orders, work orders, government procurement requirements, and contract documentation is a strong plus
- Ability to coordinate projects from award through completion, including scheduling, subcontractors, materials, documentation, meetings, and project closeout
- Comfortable communicating with government agencies, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel regularly
- Must be willing to drive out of state to Maryland and Delaware fairly often for project meetings and site-related responsibilities
- Please note that our current projects are located outside New York State , so regular travel is an important part of this position
Firstline Contracting Inc. performs commercial roofing work with a strong focus on government and public-sector projects . We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who understands the demands of government contracting and can successfully manage multiple projects while keeping schedules, documentation, field operations, and client requirements organized.
