Specialty Development Executive - Clinical Specialties (Florida)

Labcorp is seeking a Specialty Development Executive to join our team in Florida. The territory for this position covers the Greater Naples, Greater Ft. Myers, and Greater Miami territory. The ideal candidate would reside within the territory.Job Responsibilities:Effectively communicate and sell the benefits of Labcorp commercial products to Neurology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, Urology, and Surgery Centers. Meet and exceed sales goals and achieve maximum sales growth in assigned territorySuccessfully build and execute an annual business plan with quarterly updatesCold call and build a sales pipeline that will provide ongoing revenue goal achievementAccurately forecast and maintain a sales funnel of new opportunities in-line with a 90-day quotaEffectively manage travel logistics to maximize sales productivityAttend local and national professional trade shows and events as requestedEffectively communicate value propositions to all targeted customers and prospectsPerform in-services, training and implementation with pertinent personnel and physician staffCollaborate and actively contribute to new business opportunities with LCA counterpartsUpdate all relevant customer account information into CRM Data Management SystemsProvide ongoing customer support, education on focus products and market updates for current customer base.Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma  5 years outside sales and/or account management experience  Preferred Requirements: Bachelor’s DegreeAdditional Job Standards:Previous diagnostics, healthcare, or medical equipment sales experienceExperience in bringing in new business for organizations Proven success managing a book of business Strong consultative selling and closing skills Strong communication skills; both written and verbal Excellent time management and organization skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
