Performance Marketing Manager

Senior Paid Media Buyer
As the Senior Paid Media Buyer, you will be the owner of paid acquisition for a high-ticket coaching and education company serving fitness and wellness business owners, managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube to drive qualified leads and booked calls. You will go beyond the ad account, weighing in on landing pages, creative direction, and email flows to make sure traffic actually converts into revenue. This is a full-time, in-house role working closely with the marketing and sales team.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Drive qualified applications and booked calls for high-ticket programs.
Manage campaigns for webinars, workshops, lead magnets, applications, launches, and evergreen funnels.
Monitor cost per lead, cost per application, cost per booked call, show rate, close rate, CAC, and ROAS.
Build and execute testing plans across creative, messaging, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
Ensure accurate tracking across pixels, UTMs, CRM stages, and attribution.
Recommend ad creative direction, hooks, and angles based on live performance data.
Flag landing page and funnel friction points and recommend fixes to copy, layout, or offer structure.
Weigh in on email and nurture sequences where they affect conversion.
Partner with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and pipeline movement.
Use AI tools to improve analysis, testing, reporting, and campaign efficiency.
