As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience both in person and over the phone. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates well, stays organized, and can comfortably manage a busy front desk environment. Automotive experience is not required. Customer service, receptionist, administrative, hospitality, or similar experience is a plus. Schedule Monday-Friday

Full-time, daytime position Compensation Up to $20.00 per hour based on experience What You’ll Do Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Direct customers and calls to the appropriate department or team member Assist clients with general questions and dealership information Perform basic administrative duties, including filing, copying, and document handling Assist with scheduling and other front-office needs as necessary Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Communicate effectively with our sales, service, and administrative teams Help ensure every customer receives a positive first impression of our dealership What We’re Looking For Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Strong verbal communication and phone skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable handling multiple phone lines and customer interactions Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Ability to stay organized and professional in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Previous receptionist, administrative, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred, but automotive experience is not required.
