We are an established wellness center in The Woodlands area that offers an exceptional opportunity to either own your own medispa or partner with an established practice .
We provide a clean, safe, medical-grade environment with top-tier equipment, an established patient base, a Medical Director, and an on-site Physician Assistant during working hours as needed.
Qualifications & Candidate Requirements
- Licensure: Must hold a current license to work in Texas as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Aesthetician, or Certified Laser Technician.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetics and laser hair removal, including proficiency in treating all skin types.
- Professional Attributes: Highly motivated, sociable, professional, self-driven team player with strong work ethic and integrity.

Opportunity Option 1: Medispa Ownership Purchase
Designed for a practitioner seeking a turnkey medispa operation.

- Turnkey access to an established patient base
- Financial Terms:
- Monthly Lease: $3,300/month
- Deposit: $20,000
- Lease Inclusions: Treatment room, furniture, utilities, usage of all listed medical machines, and cleaning of common areas

- GMAX-PRO Laser (Hair removal for all skin types, varicose veins, nail fungus)1
- HydraFacial MD
- BTL Exilis (Skin tightening and vaginal restoration)
- IPL / Erbium / Tattoo Removal Laser

Option 2: Medispa Partnership
A shared-growth equity model with lower initial capital investment.

- Fairly new buildout leased room with exam tables and furniture in place
- Immediate access to an established patient base
- Financial & Equity Terms:
- Equity Structure: Work equity required; 50/50 profit/revenue split1
- Deposit: $3,300
- Monthly Overhead: $3,300/month
