Quality Supervisor

Canadian Executive Search Group is seeking a Quality Supervisor for one of our automotive manufacturing clients in Louisville, KY

Schedule: 1st shift
Pay: $20-$25/hr
Full Time

Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of Quality Inspectors , ensuring performance, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment while following all company and client safety requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain work instructions and quality processes .
Monitor production processes, control points, equipment, and personnel to ensure quality standards are achieved.
Analyze production and quality data to identify trends, drive improvements, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
Communicate expectations clearly while providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance support .
Address employee relations matters, including attendance, performance, and behavioral concerns in partnership with HR.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to support operational success and career growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet production demands and customer requirements.
Accurately enter and manage time, production data, and other required information within company systems.
Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and client-specific requirements.

Qualifications

2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with quality systems, reporting tools, and process improvement initiatives .
Proficiency with digital systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms preferred.
Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and effectively lead teams.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Ability to work any shift based on business needs .
