Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our team in the northeast Ohio or western Pennsylvania markets. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who can independently manage appraisal assignments while maintaining the high standards of accuracy and service our clients expect. This is a full-time, on-site position with flexibility to accommodate individual work styles. A hybrid arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed appraisals of commercial, industrial, and other property types.

• Research and analyze market data, sales comparisons, income, and cost approaches.

• Prepare high-quality appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.

• Maintain current knowledge of market trends and appraisal best practices.

• Qualifications

  • State Certified General Appraiser (Ohio and/or Pennsylvania).

  • Open to a wide range of experience levels — training and support available for those with less experience in the fee appraisal environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
