$12 hourly to start

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Assist guests with seating arrangements, providing them with menus and answering any initial questions.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized outlet area, ensuring all tables and settings are prepared for guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels of outlet supplies and communicate needs to management for timely replenishment.

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Upbeat and outgoing individual.

• Able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.

• Able to work positively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork skills.

• Customer service-oriented and ensures each guest has an excellent experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• At least one (1) year of restaurant experience is preferred.
