Strategic Partnership Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To enhance customer retention and drive sustainability initiatives, the full-time Strategic Partnership Specialist will manage a portfolio of clients, execute account management functions, and provide expert guidance on waste and recycling technology while working remotely from various states. Key responsibilities: Manage and grow a book of business while ensuring customer retention and long-term contracts Generate new opportunities within existing customer networks and conduct regular business reviews with key accounts Utilize CRM systems to monitor customer activity and proactively recommend service changes to meet client needs Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in account management, procurement negotiations, or customer success Previous experience in the waste and recycling industry Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with robust Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or Netsuite Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and execute projects with minimal supervision
