US People & Culture Advisor

Supporting a global team, the full-time remote US People & Culture Advisor will manage HR advisory services, coordinate US payroll and benefits administration, and drive global recruitment and onboarding processes. Key responsibilities Advising team members and managers on HR policies, leave, and benefits Driving end-to-end recruitment and managing onboarding processes for new hires Coordinating US benefits administration and processing semi-monthly payroll Required qualifications Strong HR generalist experience supporting a US workforce, preferably in the tech industry Solid knowledge of US federal and state employment laws with multi-state experience Hands-on experience coordinating US benefits and payroll processes Experience advising on employee relations and coaching managers Familiarity with HR systems; BambooHR experience is a bonus
