We're searching for a hospitality sales professional who: Understands the Marriott sales ecosystem Knows how to prospect, network, and develop new business Builds meaningful community and corporate relationships Thrives in a highly visible leadership role Brings energy, personality, and creativity to the guest experience Wants to help shape the future of a growing property What You'll Own Revenue Generation Drive transient, corporate, and group business Develop and execute strategic sales plans Build account production from key regional and national partners Identify new demand opportunities throughout the year Relationship Building Serve as the public face of the hotel within the community Establish partnerships with local organizations and businesses Generate brand awareness for the AC Hotel experience Maintain strong relationships across Marriott channels and resources Business Development Prospect aggressively Conduct outside sales calls and networking events Maximize opportunities from incoming leads and RFP activity Expand market penetration during off-peak periods Strategic Leadership Collaborate with ownership and hotel leadership Partner with Marriott revenue management resources Analyze market trends and competitive opportunities Help shape long-term commercial strategy Why This Role Is Different Many hotels are trying to protect existing business, this hotel is creating new business.
