Business Development Intern

Overview Newform is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~100M/year in paid media spend for some of the fastest-growing tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors scale paid social through a short-form, content-led approach. Our in-house creative team produces thousands of human-first ads every month, all designed to drive efficient, scalable growth for our clients. We sit at the intersection of creative, media, and technology—and we’re building systems to make performance marketing smarter, faster, and more scalable. The Role As a Business Development Intern , you’ll work directly with Newform’s leadership and sales team to support outbound sales, partnerships, and revenue expansion. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a high-growth agency acquires, qualifies, and closes clients. You’ll help research prospects, support outreach efforts, prepare sales materials, and assist in managing the top of the funnel. This is not a “watch from the sidelines” internship—you’ll be embedded in real deals with billion dollar companies. Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients across tech, mobile, and consumer brands Build and maintain prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot Support outbound outreach efforts (email, LinkedIn, and warm intros) Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials Assist in tracking leads, pipeline status, and deal notes in CRM tools Sit in on sales calls and client meetings to learn discovery, positioning, and closing Support partnerships, referrals, and special growth initiatives as needed Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysis Curious about startups, marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship Self-starter mindset: proactive, reliable, and eager to learn (Preferred) Prior experience in sales, marketing, consulting, or startups (Preferred) Familiarity with paid social, digital marketing, or creator-led brands Benefits Paid internship Remote role with office in NYC Direct exposure to agency leadership and real client deals Hands-on experience in business development and growth strategy Opportunity for a full-time role upon successful completion Fast-paced environment with meaningful responsibility Annual team offsites (previous trips include Tulum, Mexico and Hokkaido, Japan) Job Details Job code: EX-AB92F691 Job type: Full-time Location: New York About the company: NewForm #J-18808-Ljbffr
