Heavy Civil Equipment Operator

Hendrick Construction is a Baton Rouge based heavy civil contractor. We are a merit-based company that rewards a hard work ethic, competency, and honesty. We serve commercial, industrial, DOTD, and FAA clients. We are seeking heavy civil equipment operators in dirt work, storm drainage, and deep foundations.

Responsibilities: General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Operating excavators, bulldozers, loaders, etc.
Daily equipment inspections.

Required qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
