The Corporate Maintenance Manager (Division) is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive maintenance program across multiple facilities. This position ensures the reliability, performance, and safety of critical assets while driving operational excellence throughout the division. The successful candidate will lead maintenance teams, oversee repair and installation activities, manage departmental budgets, and implement data-driven strategies that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and extend asset life. Develop and implement a division-wide maintenance strategy across multiple sites. Lead, coach, and develop maintenance professionals to support operational goals. Oversee maintenance, repair, and equipment installation activities. Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and capital improvement projects. Utilize maintenance metrics and data analytics to drive continuous improvement. Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and overall operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. What We\'re Looking For Strong maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, metals, distribution, or related environments. Exceptional mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and systems. Proven success leading maintenance operations across multiple facilities or regions. Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Facilities Management, or a related technical field is often preferred. 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, with experience overseeing multiple facilities or a large-scale operation. Certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) are highly valued. Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP or Maximo. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical diagrams. Ability to travel as directed by leader / division oversight. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication skills for interacting with all levels of staff and external vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and project management capabilities. Possess proactive, results-oriented mindset.
