Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for administrative tasks related to the daily operation of our maintenance department. Daily responsibilities include: Input and route all incoming resident work orders and rental inspection milestones into the system efficiently and accurately. Confirm appointments with tenants for maintenance repairs, service calls, and rental inspections. Provide prompt, professional status updates and follow-ups to residents regarding their active work orders and inspection milestones. Process, track, and manage all code violations to ensure prompt resolution and adherence to local regulations. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Prior administrative or general office experience required Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and the capability of learning new systems quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr Spg Realestate
