Our client is seeking an Accounting Clerk & SOP Coordinator in Plano, Texas who is dependable, detail oriented, and ready to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting both our Finance and Development teams. In this dynamic position, you'll help ensure the timely and accurate processing of donations, maintain critical donor records, and support mission driven fundraising efforts. You'll also have the unique opportunity to collaborate across departments, assist with inventory projects, and work directly with staff to develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that strengthen organizational effectiveness. Requirements :
- 3 plus years in Accounting Experience
- 3 plus years in Bookkeeping experience
- Experience in Administrative tasks
- Advanced Typing skills including 10-key typing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel , Outlook , Teams etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Hours : Monday- Friday 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
