Position Summary Riverbend Sandler Pools is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to support our growing accounting team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting billing and collections, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Process and enter accounts payable (AP) invoices accurately and timely Generate and send customer invoices for new pool construction and renovation projects Collect payments and assist with customer account inquiries Prepare and make bank deposits Process check runs and ACH payments Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical) Handle incoming and outgoing mail distribution Provide customer service support, including responding to billing questions Build and maintain spreadsheets and reports in Excel Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an accounting or clerical role preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with accounting systems or ERP software is a plus What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset High level of integrity and professionalism Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and grow within the company Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Stable, established company with long-term career potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
