Along with our competitive base salary, this role offers highly lucrative, uncapped commission potential and an uncapped tiered bonus structure paid out monthly, allowing sellers to significantly increase earnings with no ceiling. How You'll Make An Impact Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and identify appropriate insurance solutions Use CRM systems, digital sales tools and AI‑supported platforms to manage leads and track opportunities Quote, bind and support policies in alignment with Gallagher processes and service standards Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and onboarding experience Support volume‑based sales goals while maintaining accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction.
