Responsibilities include handling all aspects of the sales process: completing customer contracts, accepting bill payments, fulfilling warranty replacements, and all administrative aspects related to the sale; educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations; providing efficient, courteous customer service and assistance for all products and services offered; maintaining strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and services; customer outreach; and maintaining proper store operations.

Job requirements include being 18 years old, some retail customer service experience, working well with others in a competitive, friendly team environment, using competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals, and working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime.

Desired qualifications include 1 or more years of commission/incentive-based retail sales experience.
