Overview ePlus Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist internal and external sales teams. This role manages the administrative responsibilities of the sales cycle, supports order management, and develops skills for career progression within the sales team. Location : Remote (Colorado, Mountain & Pacific Time Zones) Salary : $19.23 – $28.85 per hour (commissions and discretionary bonuses possible) Contract Type : Full-Time, Permanent Benefits : Employee stock purchase plan, 401(k), paid time off, medical and financial benefits Work Location : Remote Role Overview The Sales Support Representative will ensure smooth order processing, invoicing, and customer communication. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, resolving issues, assisting with quoting, and offering add-on opportunities to customers. The role requires strong communication skills, IT knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
