Job Type: Long Term Contract
Shift: 1st Shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 - $21

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to support their manufacturing and PCBA assembly operations. This role is responsible for performing visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements.The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment, is comfortable using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers, and can read blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products
- Complete first article, in-process, and final inspections
- Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gage pins to verify part accuracy.
- Record inspection results and enter data into quality tracking systems
- Support process and product audits
- Review blueprints, BOMs, and work instructions to ensure compliance
- Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams
- Maintain a clean, organized inspection area
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures
Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in a machine/manufacturing environment. PCBA assembly experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of shop mathematics
- Abel to read blue prints and us calipers, micrometers, gage pins
- Able to work within a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer usage
- Must be able to stand for 95% (7.5 hours) of work day
Tool, Techniques and Knowledge:
- Be able to reasonably use measurement devices such as calipers, pin gages and other inspection devices as required (Receiving Inspector specifically)
- Be able to understand BOM, visual aid and customer-supplied instruction details.
- Be able to enter defect data into the iScore/Tango computer system.
