Line Cook Pay: $14.57-17.56/hr Responsibilities: Prepare food the Red Robin way, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking a variety of meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. Maintain guest safety by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. Provide a free meal each shift. Qualifications: Must be 17 or older. Benefits Flexible work schedules 50% discount on Red Robin food and 25% for family members Referral bonuses for bringing new members to our team Additional compensation and benefits listed below Excellent opportunities to grow within the company Legal Disclosures Pay Range (Base Pay): Pay range disclosed above. Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
