CUS - CORP-ESC SPECIALIST

ESC Specialist

The ESC specialist will focus on assisting customers who have purchased an extended service contract. They will assist with all aspects of the claim process, from submission to outcome. The ESC Specialist will also assist with general RTG Care needs of all our customers.

Working with our extended service contract customers and providers to handle claims from start to finish, data entry, calling customers or helping with scheduling service as needed. This will include a start to finish regime regarding inquiries and resolution.

Knowledge:

• A clear understanding of all extended warranties offered by RTG
• A clear understanding of all RTG Care Center procedures and policies.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Six months customer service experience

Essential requirements:

• Ability to manage customer calls by providing quality, timely and highly courteous service while carefully following all procedures.

Working conditions:

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods in one location which may be restricted to the employee's workstation.
