RESOLUTION SPECIALIST

Resolutions Specialist
This position is responsible for researching and resolving issues with customers who have multiple exchanges and escalated orders, coordinating with other departments to find a solution acceptable for the customer and Rooms To Go.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly researches of the customer's account
- Thoroughly understands the issues related to the furniture in question
- Walks orders through the entire process for a successful outcome
- Communicates with everyone involved in the process to resolve the customer's issues
- Clearly and precisely documents the customer's account
- Follow ups with customer at time of delivery and Survey their order
- Provides detailed reporting
- Performs other duties as required.
Employment Standards:
Knowledge
- Knowledge of RTG's customer care survey programs and policies as well as all customer care programs used to service our customers.
Education
- HS Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 6 months RTG Customer Care experience providing exceptional customer care.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively present and communicate with all levels within the organization, with agencies and vendors.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think independently, take corrective action, and to resolve employee inquiries and requests for information.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in a variety of situations.
- Excellent attention to detail
Working Conditions:
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods in one location which may be restricted to the employee's workstation.
