ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I’ve been a State Farm Agent since April 1, 2001, after starting my career as a financial analyst with an insurance company. My background in finance helped shape my approach to helping people understand their options and make informed decisions about protecting what matters most. I attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and today, my agency is built around educating customers, protecting their assets, and identifying gaps so they can feel confident about their financial future.

With a team of four, we’ve created a supportive environment where we lift each other up, continue learning, and encourage one another to grow. We believe in lifelong development and making a difference both inside and outside the office. We also enjoy team outings and volunteering in our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tracy Hough - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.

• Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses.
