You will serve as the primary Harassment Prevention and Response Program (HPRP) coordinator for NAWCWD, in the HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GROUP LABOR & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Key Responsibilities

You will conduct initial intakes, using judgment and knowledge of applicable law and agency policy to inform questions that will capture the full scope and severity of reported issues.
