Compensation: $25/Hr.
Position Type: 3-Month Full-Time Contract
About the Role
Join our active IT field deployment team supporting a major healthcare technology modernization project. We are looking for reliable IT Support Technicians to provide vital, hands-on technical assistance to medical staff and end-users during a critical system upgrade. This role offers consistent 40-hour work weeks with opportunities for overtime.
What You'll Do
- Technical Support: Deliver hands-on desktop, hardware, and OS troubleshooting directly to end-users.
- Software & Connectivity: Resolve Microsoft 365, application, and basic network connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Ticket Management: Efficiently log, track, and resolve hardware and software issues within the ticketing system.
- Hardware Deployment: Assist with setting up, moving, and testing workstations, printers, and medical IT peripherals.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk , Technical Support , or Desktop Support role.
- Strong familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and PC hardware.
- Excellent customer service skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications are a plus, but not required.

- Must pass a standard background check.
- Must sign a HIPAA privacy and security agreement.
