• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• 4 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading teams, projects, or mentoring others.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA.
• Experience leading a team, managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, and running business reviews.
• Experience implementing strategic and large-scale initiatives projects in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
• Superb problem-solving skills with experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
• Knowledge of best practices in business operations, service operations, customer support operations, or internet/online media.

You will be a strong subject matter expert and range from leading and contributing a variety of projects.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

• Act as a strategic partner to the business supporting the leadership on service transformations, operational accuracy, organizational initiatives and helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership's strategic vision.
• Define, launch and drive strategic and analytical initiatives to improve customer experience, and streamline internal and external facing processes and operations, working closely with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Problem solve with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, headcount management, key organizational metrics, and other operationally strategic projects.
• Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks. Develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices that are a benefit across the organization.
