Digital Product Manager

Job Title

The position is open to Basking Ridge, Irving and Atlanta locations. Must have skills (most important): Prior experience with digital operations, ecommerce, website design as a product owner/product manager. Experience working with the field and operations to coordinate adoption of projects. Experience creating digital journeys for ecommerce transactions in agile environment. Experience with customer escalations, creating tickets based on voice of customer and working with IT teams to implement. Data driven with ability to analyze, understand and decipher insights from available analytics. Use tools like Adobe Insights and other reporting and analytics tools like Glassbox. Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems across the digital ecosystem. Exceptional communication skills; written, oral and presentation.

Job duties: Manage active sales funnel and monitor performance and log any experience issues in Jira. Work with GTS to resolve and prioritize the issues. Understanding and balancing the needs of the business and the digital audience, you’ll create a highly engaging digital user experience to achieve our marketing goals. You’ll craft the vision and lead the innovative User Experience (UX) design that will provide the best user experience across all our platforms. Because here, better matters.
