Digital Product Manager

Overview : Digital Product Manager We are seeking a strategic Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of two industry-leading mobile applications. This highly impactful role will shape the future of our digital experiences, ensuring our apps not only support a growing portfolio of connected products but also set a new standard for innovation in the industry. You will be responsible for driving product roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering features that elevate our digital ecosystem. Responsibilities Develop and drive the mobile application product strategy, ensuring alignment with broader digital, product, and business priorities. Own the full digital product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch, iteration, and long-term optimization. Operate with a high degree of autonomy, bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous challenges. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and product teams to deliver timely, high-impact features. Prioritize and manage a well-organized roadmap that balances product integration needs with innovative new capabilities. Champion user experience and customer value, continuously seeking ways to elevate mobile applications to best-in-class status. Apply strong critical thinking to evaluate trade-offs, make data-informed decisions, and communicate rationale clearly to stakeholders. Lead with influence rather than authority, driving alignment and accountability across diverse teams. Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, performance metrics, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in digital product management or digital product development, with a proven track record of delivering results. Demonstrated ability to think critically and independently, solving problems with logic, creativity, and strategic insight. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact. Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and leading feature design discussions. Highly organized and accountable, with a bias for action and strong execution skills. Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and influencing without formal authority. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean) is a plus but not required.
