Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and design bespoke therapeutic strategies to empower them toward their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work side-by-side with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to deliver comprehensive, holistic treatment
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and family members on therapy methods to encourage ongoing progress at home
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure patients are on track to success

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
