About the Role

The Line Technician supports production line operations by ensuring equipment runs

efficiently, and products are manufactured to quality standards. This role troubleshoots minor issues,

maintains workflow continuity, and supports production targets. The position plays a key role in maintaining

safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure consistent performance and output.
• Set up machines, adjust settings, and assist with changeovers based on production requirements.
• Identify and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Support line efficiency by maintaining steady workflow and addressing production bottlenecks.
• Assist with startup and shutdown procedures for production lines.
• Inspect products during and after production to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and production guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Document production output, quality checks, and any defects or issues.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to address product or process concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Inspect products during and after production to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and production guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Document production output, quality checks, and any defects or issues.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to address product or process concerns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Additional Expectations

• Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
• Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
• Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
• Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
