Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Restaurant General Manager to lead our fast-paced, high-volume concept. The ideal candidate is an exceptional people leader with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service, a strong floor presence, and a proven ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams. This leader will thrive in a high-volume environment, uphold high standards, execute established systems, and drive results through hands-on leadership, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Full-Service General Manager experience in a high-volume, systems-oriented, upscale-casual or casual environment
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality
  • Strong leadership ability, flexibility, adaptability, and maturity to lead a large team
  • Build respectful relationships with every member while holding them accountable - integrity is essential
  • Manage high standards while paying attention to every detail
  • A sincere passion for hospitality and creating an impeccable guest experience
  • Highly skilled at financials, P & L, and managing food, labor, and operating costs
  • Ability to manage all cost control centers and build sales through proper training and follow-through
  • Proven ability to hire and grow strong teams, maintain high retention rates, and build bench strength
