As a Branch Manager within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Palm Desert, CA. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Base Salary: $70,304.00 – $131,400.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.

Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 04/22/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
