More information please find: m About the Ro leWe are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to build and lead our North American supply chain and procurement operations from the ground up. You will be responsible for establishing the local supplier network, managing end-to-end logistics, and ensuring seamless material flow to support our data center HVAC service projects across the U.S. This is a 0-to-1 ro le – ideal for someone who thrives on building systems, negotiating deals, and scaling operation s. What You'll entBuild and manage the U.S. supplier network, including ASPs (Authorized Service Providers) and material vendo rs.Identify, evaluate, and contract with ASPs across key regions; maintain a qualified supplier pool to support project deman ds.Procure HVAC parts, consumables, tools, and project-specific materia ls.Establish frame agreements and long-term contracts for high-frequency purchases to reduce cos ts.Conduct supplier qualification reviews (compliance, safety, technical capability) and regular performance evaluatio ns.Manage the full procurement cycle: RFQ, PO issuance, order tracking, delivery, and invoice reconciliati on.Drive cost control initiatives and deliver monthly procurement analysis repor ts.Enforce procurement compliance and supplier data confidentiality polici es. Logistics & Warehou singOversee cross-border logistics (ocean, air, international courier) and U.S. domestic freight operati ons.Manage shipping, customs clearance, duty payment, and last-mile delivery across the U.S.Optimize transportation routes and logistics plans to reduce costs across Texas, California, and North Carol ina.Handle logistics exceptions including delays, damage, and lost shipments to ensure reliable deliv ery.Lead 0-to-1 setup of three U.S. warehouses – site selection, layout design, process setup, and daily operati ons.Develop warehouse SOPs covering receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory cycle cou nts.Coordinate with project managers and field teams to align logistics with project schedu les. What You BringReq uiredBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related f ield.5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in engineering services or equipment procure ment.Proven experience in supplier development and contract negotia tion.Solid understanding of the full procurement lifecycle (sourcing, bidding, contracting, order tracking, reconciliat ion).Hands-on experience with international trade and logistics (freight forwarding, customs cleara nce).Strong analytical skills with Excel or procurement systems for cost anal ysis.Excellent English communication skills for supplier and carrier negotiat ions.Strong risk identification and problem-solving capabili ties.Pref erredProcurement experience in data center, HVAC, or mechanical services indust ries.Familiarity with ASP networks and partnership models across U.S. reg ions.Experience setting up warehousing and logistics from scr atch. Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually.
