This role ensures the timely and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods to support manufacturing, engineering, sales, and customer delivery requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage domestic and overseas suppliers and contract manufacturersDevelop and maintain relationships with transportation providersNegotiate transportation, logistics, and supplier contracts to optimize service and costMonitor and manage inventory levels to support production and customer demand while minimizing excess inventoryCoordinate material planning and procurement activities across manufacturing and project operationsAnalyze supply chain data and develop KPI reporting related to inventory, transportation, supplier performance, and delivery metricsMaintain traceability of materials and products throughout the supply chain lifecycleLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimizationDevelop and maintain supply chain procedures in compliance with ISO 9000 and company quality standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Support, and Finance teamsIdentify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, or manufacturing operationsExperience managing transportation, freight, and supplier relationshipsStrong understanding of inventory control, procurement, logistics, and demand planningExperience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platformsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting, and data analysisStrong communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsAPICS, CPIM, or CSCP certificationExperience with ISO 9000 quality systemsLean manufacturing or continuous improvement experienceWhat We OfferUp to $125,000 a yearComprehensive benefits packageCollaborative, mission driven work environmentWork Authorization Requirement Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorshipWhy Join Yotta Energy At Yotta Energy you won't be one of many, you'll be a key leader helping define how our operations scale.
