Construction Project Coordinator / Administrator Our client, a large national Healthcare Company, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator or Construction Projects Administrator, Monday through Friday. 3‑month contract with option to hire. Role Overview The Capital Project Analyst is responsible for assisting the Capital Project Team and FacilitiGroup Engineers with day-to-day activities related to managing the FacilitiGroup capital program including, but not limited to, project planning reviews, contract writing, and project set up and closing in eBuilder. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently manage capital project documentation, workflows, and eBuilder tasks within the first 2–4 weeks. Prior experience with construction project management systems (e.g., eBuilder) is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Preparation of contracts for capital projects using established templates Complete project planning reviews for project funding utilizing Excel to confirm accuracy Manage project date changes Track processes in eBuilder and proactively assist PMs for needed follow-up Contact consultants and contractors by phone and email to move processes and provide correct documentation Close projects in eBuilder while ensuring proper documentation is provided Support capital team and engineers with data entry, tracking, and reporting Qualifications Demonstrated ability to independently manage capital project documentation, workflows, and eBuilder tasks within 2–4 weeks.
