Grinyer Interior Doors & Closets is looking for an Installation Technician to bring beautifully crafted doors and closets to life in customer homes. As an Installer at Grinyer, you’ll be part of a team that’s changing the way people experience their homes. Using our cutting‑edge CNC manufacturing and streamlined installation process, you’ll bring beautifully designed doors, closets, and home organization systems to life. Every project is pre‑machined and professionally finished in‑house, so you can focus on precision installation and customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU'LL DO Install custom closets, interior doors, and organizing systems with care and attention to detail. Review project plans and prepare materials for each installation. Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment (all provided). Work closely with a supportive team of installers and technicians. Learn and apply our proven assembly standards, tools, and techniques. Lend a hand with light manufacturing tasks when needed. PERSONAL QUALITIES WE VALUE Customer‑focused with a professional, approachable attitude. Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing great work. Eager to learn and grow within the company. Takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship. Robust problem‑solving skills and able to follow detailed plans. REQUIREMENTS Driver’s License. Clean Criminal Check. 1year experience in Closet Installation or Carpentry (required). English language proficiency (required). PAY & BENEFITS Pay: $45,000.00‑$55,000.00 per year.
