Retail Manager

Job Overview A role that supports store leadership in developing and guiding the retail team to deliver customer-focused service and sales outcomes. The position involves coaching, training, and operational management, maintaining store standards, product knowledge, and adherence to retail procedures to drive performance. Success is measured by sales target achievement, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The work directly influences customer experience and contributes to the overall financial and operational success of the retail location. Job Responsibilities Lead and develop retail team members to achieve sales targets and deliver customer service excellence. Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures to enhance team performance. Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan‑ogram compliance, and maintaining store environment standards. Monitor and control store expenses, discounting, and credits to support financial objectives. Oversee customer wait times and ensure customer needs are met through effective team coordination. Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource for the team. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
