The Role: The Multi-Tasking Hub of the Store
As an Office Worker, you are the versatile "go-to" person for both our guests and our management team. This role is a dynamic blend of high-level customer service and essential administrative support. Whether you are processing a Western Union transfer, reconciling a till, or stepping up to lead the front-end, your diligence ensures our store operations remain smooth and professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Center: Manage the service counter as the primary point of contact for specialized transactions, including Western Union, Bill Pay, Lottery, Money Orders, and guest refunds.
• Financial Support: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as verifying currency, reconciling cash tills, and preparing bank deposits with high accuracy.
• Front-End Leadership: Take responsibility for front-end operations and team coordination in the absence of the Front-End Manager.
• Administrative Tasks: Answer and redirect store phone calls, take accurate messages, and utilize office equipment (computers, printers, photocopiers) for word processing and spreadsheets.
• Operational Support: Undertake various clerical and organizational duties as assigned by the Store or Office Manager to keep the back-office efficient.
