Customer Service Manager - Boston, MA

Responsibilities Defines and implements service operations strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving excellence in service delivery across all business units. Provides inputs toward the development of advanced, scalable operational frameworks for new service offerings, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and future growth. Drives transformational changes in service operations by enforcing the service delivery plan that addresses complex operational challenges and delivers significant improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. Establishes and enforces rigorous standards for quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all service operations, ensuring that all processes meet the highest legal and operational requirements. Supports strategic account planning by contributing service insights and identifying new opportunities to enhance customer experience. Manages daily reports, runs daily service team meetings, and attends hospital environment of care meetings. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in medical device service operations or biomedical engineering. Experience working with or supporting Diagnostic Imaging or large healthcare systems. Bachelor’s degree OR minimum 1+ years of experience with a Master’s in areas such as Service Delivery, Service Operations, or equivalent. Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments. Work Conditions This is a field‑based role requiring full‑time presence at customers’ or suppliers’ locations. The candidate must reside within commuting distance to Boston, MA. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. Compensation & Benefits Pay range in MA: $101,000.00 to $140,000.00. Base pay may vary within the posted ranges depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Other compensation may include an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentives.
