Role:

The Sales Growth Associate connects prospective clients with our advisory team, guiding families toward financial success. Warm leads are providedno cold calling. Your focus will be on qualifying prospects, building rapport, and scheduling advisor appointments.

This role is ideal for candidates with 13 years of sales or business development experience, excellent communication skills, and a desire to transition into a financial advisor role.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective clients and schedule appointments for advisors
• Understand client needs and qualify leads
• Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement
• Track interactions and appointments in the CRM system
• Represent Guerra professionally at events and workshops
• Support team projects and administrative tasks as needed
• Continue developing financial and sales expertise

Requirements:

• 13 years of sales, client services, or business development experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Financial industry experience a plus
• Relevant certifications/licenses a plus (SIE, 2-15, 2-14)
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and goal-oriented mindset

Schedule:

• Full-time, role based in Miami, FL.
• Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support.

Compensation:

$60,000$90,000 Annually (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses) Competitive pay structure with uncapped earning potential based on performance and appointments scheduled.
