Graduate of a school of nursing.2. Current WV nursing license3. BLS certification within 30 days from hire date4. ACLS required 30 days from hire date for Med/Surg, OR, and ED5. PALS required 30 days from hire date for OR and ED **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:******EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:****1. ACLS and PALS******EXPERIENCE:******1. Maintains up‐to‐date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided to ensure the integration of information for use by the healthcare team, in order to ensure quality care6. Maintains current knowledge/certification/licensure7. Functions as a role model for current and new staff8.
