Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and team performance. This role is responsible for maintaining operational excellence, meeting shipping deadlines, and fostering a safe, productive work environment. Operations & Logistics Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shippin Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer order Monitor workflow to optimize productivity and minimize delay Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs and best practice Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle count Investigate and resolve discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages Optimize storage layout for efficiency and space utilization Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-first culture Support hiring and onboarding of new team members Safety & Compliance Enforce OSHA and company safety policies Ensure proper handling of equipment and material Conduct safety audits and training sessions Systems & Reporting Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools Track KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and labor productivity Prepare reports for leadership on performance and improvement Requirements 3–5+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience 2+ years in a supervisory or management role Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes Experience with WMS and inventory systems Ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Experience in eCommerce or high-volume fulfillment environment Familiarity with Shopify or similar platform Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Lean / Six Sigma knowledge is a plus Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Effective communication across teams Competitive salary (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement within a growing company #J-18808-Ljbffr
