Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.ResponsibilitiesHow you'll make an impact in this role:Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction to complete the maintenance or repair.Specialized knowledge and expertise in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems are required to perform a variety of duties.Repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.Installation and maintenance of motors and of specialized equipment.QualificationsWhat minimum requirements you'll need:Must have one or more of the following:Education:Graduate of trade schoolWork Experience:2 years of related experienceOther equivalent combination of relevant education or experience
