Regional Sales Representative in Collections - Kansas Job Summary: Credit Management Services, Inc. is a Collection Agency in Nebraska seeking a proactive Sales Representative in Kansas. The ideal candidate will have relevant sales experience in the Collections Industry, will be motivated, goal-oriented, and equipped with strong interpersonal and communication skills. As the Regional Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, account management, and achieving and exceeding sales targets within the designated territory. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Sales Representative within the Collections Industry or related field. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in computer skills. Commitment to high levels of customer service and professionalism. Responsibilities: Identify leads, organize and deliver sales presentations, and promptly follow up. Develop proposals, negotiate terms with potential clients. Manage client relationships and accounts effectively. Create regular sales reports and maintain the sales pipeline. Approach potential clients through various methods like cold calling or in-person meetings. Foster and maintain positive client relationships through consistent interaction. Travel within the sales territory for face-to-face client meetings. Strive to meet and exceed company-defined sales targets.
