Senior Clinical Research Associate

Senior Clinical Research Associate position at ICON overseeing Phase I Oncology clinical trial activities across West Coast locations. Role involves site monitoring, protocol compliance, and team leadership to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and successful trial execution.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and GCP standards
- Conduct site visits to assess performance, resolve issues, and provide operational support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timely and accurate data collection and reporting
- Train and mentor site staff and other CRAs on clinical trial conduct standards
- Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related discipline
- Extensive Clinical Research Associate experience with strong clinical trial process knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational skills
- Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management software
- Current Oncology monitoring experience
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
Compensation: $110,520-$138,150 base
